Thought I would get us started by making this first post about the cleanse. Many of us have completed the cleanse and many are just beginning. Feel free to comment on what worked for you, what didn't work and any secrets you discovered. You may also post your weight loss during the cleanse if you are so inclined.

I did my cleanse over the holiday. I measured both before and after and lost 2.5 inches. I could really tell the difference in my pants. There were some really cute pants I'd picked up at a clothing exchange that were a size smaller and I was so happy to fit into them after being on the anti-bloat cleanse! -Carol
